In the event of a DEFECT in the product: we will replace, repair, or refund at our discretion.  Warranty extends for 30 days from the date of purchase and original purchase receipt must be presented.

"DEFECT" covers product failure under normal use.  If you drop your Playstation down the stairs... that's not a defect.  If you bought a game but your kid doesn't like it... that's not a defect.  If your brother-in-law gives you a new one... that's not a defect.  If you're moving to Ireland and can't take it with you... that's not a defect.

Our warranty doesn't cover you physically breaking an item.  Our warranty doesn't cover you removing or altering the operating software on any device.   Our warranty doesn't cover "change of mind" or taste.

TLDR:  If we sold you an item that wasn't working, bring it back - we got you covered.  If you break it, or don't need it anymore, or you just don't like it - that's on you.
